Hochschule Osnabrück's Taxation (LL.M.) programme is a 3-semester master's degree with specialisms in öffentliche Recht and Kanzleimanagement. The curriculum covers key areas like Ertragssteuerrecht, Bilanzierung, Verkehrsteuern, and Internationale Besteuerung, all of which are essential for working in the fields of Abgabenrechts, Rechnungswesens, or Wirtschaftsprüfung. The course is taught in German and is aimed at those with prior academic qualifications and relevant professional experience.

The programme offers a wide range of tax law subjects, including Missbrauchsbekämpfung and Digitalisierung, and includes Wahlpflichtmodule in Berufsrecht or Öffentliches Recht.
