The programme is built upon advanced Finnish team learning and coaching pedagogy, where professional team coaches facilitate your growth through dialogue, weekly reflections, and goal-setting sessions. This immersive, community-driven model provides a powerful foundation for those who intend to lead teams or launch ventures in an increasingly unpredictable global market.
