Technical Buyer

The Technical Buyer program is for individuals who want to excel in technical purchasing. It's a non-degree program in Business, taught in German, at AKAD University. The program lasts 18 to 24 months and helps students balance their studies with work.

The curriculum includes modules on production and material management, cost accounting, and contract law. Students also learn about logistics and supply chain management, which helps them navigate the complexities of modern procurement. The program ends with nine exams and three assignments, preparing graduates for the industry.

Graduates can work as Technical Buyers, Procurement Specialists, Supply Chain Managers, and Logistics Coordinators. They can find jobs in manufacturing, retail, and technology. The skills they acquire are transferable, allowing them to adapt to various roles within supply chain and procurement fields.
