Textile Technology

The Textile Technology program at Universiti Teknologi MARA is for students interested in the textile industry, offering a non-degree diploma that takes 2 years and 6 months to complete, taught in English.

Students learn about fabric production, textile testing, and quality control, with a focus on practical learning and hands-on experience, preparing them for the dynamic textile industry.

Graduates can become Textile Technologists, Quality Control Inspectors, Production Managers, or Textile Designers, working in textile manufacturing companies, fashion houses, or quality assurance firms.
