The Persuasive Leader program is a non-degree course taught in English by Johns Hopkins University, lasting several weeks. It's aimed at post-baccalaureate students interested in leadership theory and helps them develop persuasive leadership skills.

The curriculum includes four modules that cover agile leadership, persuasive leadership, and the benefits of persuasive leadership. Students will analyze readings, synthesize information, and evaluate results to understand persuasive leadership and its applications.

Upon completion, students can pursue careers as Leadership Coaches, Management Consultants, Executive Directors, or Team Leaders, working in various industries, including business, non-profit, and education, where they can apply persuasive leadership techniques to organizational challenges.
