Bachelor in Theologische Studien

Bachelor students in Theologische Studien explore faith, values, and meaning, such as the contribution of Christianity to the search for happiness and meaning, or the role of Christian perspectives in sustainability and end-of-life care.

The curriculum covers central topics in Catholic theology, including church history, systematic theological questions, and religious education, alongside practical experience via excursions and 'Theologie trifft ...' events.

Students are supported by a mentorship program and have the option to combine theological studies with other disciplines such as pedagogy, sociology, history, and communications science. International students are welcomed and supported by the International Office.
