Master in Trening Interpersonalny

The Trening Interpersonalny comprises a 7-day residential training which is essential to the programme. It's a workshop where the main goal is to get to know yourself, reflect on your own resources, strengths, and areas for development. Through the training, participants can gain knowledge about themselves, essential for those preparing for development work with others.

Participants experience certain stable mechanisms of group formation and the shaping of group norms and roles, while also contributing to the creation of a unique and unrepeatable event. During the training, participants are encouraged to stay in the 'here and now,' allowing them to receive immediate feedback on their behaviors and how they are perceived by others. The focus is on what is happening during the meeting, on concrete situations and events, on behaviors, and on the internal states of all group members.
