Master in UX & Service Design (MA)

The UX and Service Design Master's programme at SRH Distance Learning University focuses on designing user experiences across both physical products and digital services. Students learn to combine innovation, technology, management, and customer experience thinking to shape how users interact with products and systems. The programme draws on methods from both UX design and service design disciplines. Course content covers general business administration, service design principles and methods, user experience design principles and methods, design research, marketing, UX prototyping, design systems and complexity, design theory and design science, and change management. Students complete two applied projects during the taught semesters before writing their master's thesis. The programme allows students to set individual focus areas through the projects they design. The programme is offered in flexible formats: 2 semesters, 3 semesters, or 4 semesters, and can be started on the first day of any month. It is delivered in a self-paced distance learning format.
