10 studiepoeng is a master-level further education programme for student mentors, focusing on principles and methods of individual mentoring based on students' practical experiences. The programme is open to those who mentor or are expected to mentor students in the health sciences at UiA and combines both physical and digital meetings.

Learning outcomes align with the UiA’s guidelines for the training and competency assessment of practice mentors in healthcare and social services. It is structured around five gatherings, including a physical start and end session, and three digital sessions at UiA Kristiansand.
