The Veiledning og coaching course is a 7.5 studiepoeng, part-time program starting in Vår 2027 that aims to develop skills in guiding and coaching people in organisations. It covers topics from coaching as a leadership tool to the ethical challenges of coaching, with the goal of helping participants become effective coaches and leaders who can improve their organisation’s overall performance.

It's designed for professionals who are interested in improving their supervisory and coaching skills, and who wish to develop their abilities to foster relationships in the workplace. The programme is taught by specialists, including Inge Bergdal, a university lecturer with extensive experience in motivation and leadership.

Participants can expect to learn how to use coaching methods to improve employee development, understand the ethical and power-related aspects of coaching, and gain insight into the importance of relationship-building in coaching.
