Bachelor in Visual Communication Design

Visual Communication Design is the study of how images, typography, layout, and digital media are used to convey messages and information effectively. Students typically take courses in graphic design fundamentals, typography, branding and identity design, digital illustration, motion graphics, web and interface design, photography, and design history. Studio-based coursework is central to the program, with students building portfolios through iterative projects that combine conceptual thinking with technical skills in industry-standard design software. Assignments often simulate real client briefs, requiring students to research an audience, develop a concept, and produce finished visual work across print and digital formats. As communication increasingly happens through screens and social platforms, coursework also addresses user experience principles, animation, and interactive media alongside traditional graphic design practice.
