Wilderness First Aid - Introduction

The Wilderness First Aid - Introduction program is for students who want to learn first aid skills in a wilderness setting. This non-degree program is taught in English and can be completed online in a few weeks. It helps students learn basic first aid skills.

The program covers subjects like wound care and splinting. Students will develop skills in patient assessment and treatment. The program includes hands-on components to help students practice their skills.

After completing this program, students can work as Wilderness First Responders, Outdoor Guides, or Park Rangers. They can also work in search and rescue teams or as Emergency Medical Technicians in outdoor settings.
