Bourse d'Excellence Eiffel

Open to foreign nationals only (dual French nationals ineligible); the programme states it 'no longer targets emerging countries; it now concerns all countries and all nationalities', so Tunisia is not excluded. Master's level: max age 29 (born after 31 March 1996); Doctoral level: max age 35 (born after 31 March 1990), within six eligible domains (engineering sciences, ecological transition, mathematics/digital, biology/health, law/political science, economics/management). Candidatures must be submitted by the French host institution, not directly by the student, and cannot be combined with another French-government, Erasmus+, or AUF scholarship.
