Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship Level 2

The Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship Level 2 is designed for individuals who are passionate about supporting adults with care needs. This full-time program lasts for 12 months and includes an End-Point Assessment. Throughout the apprenticeship, students will learn essential skills such as communication, safeguarding, and promoting health and wellbeing. The curriculum covers the responsibilities of an Adult Care Worker, emphasizing the importance of values and professional development. Apprentices will attend York College on day release while working with their employer to apply their learning in real-world settings.
