Master in Agricultural Sciences and Technologies

The Department of Agriculture, Food and Environment at the University of Catania hosts this programme, which teaches students to program and manage agricultural processes to achieve optimal agronomic, economic, and environmental sustainability outcomes. As part of the course, students engage with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the Agenda 2030, integrating these global objectives into their studies.

Students can work in various roles, such as designing, consulting, and assisting with production aspects, estimating agricultural goods, and engaging in environmental conservation activities in both private and public sectors. Graduates may also register with the Ordine dei Dottori Agronomi e Forestali, an accreditation that opens up professional opportunities in the agri-food sector.
