Tallinn University’s School of Educational Sciences is a leading center for pedagogical research and innovation in Estonia, uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between theoretical teacher training and the practical realities of the classroom. This initiative serves as a vital support system for educators entering the profession, acknowledging that the initial years of teaching are often marked by uncertainty and complex decision-making.

Rather than a rigid degree programme, this is a flexible, multi-level support framework tailored to the professional evolution of the individual educator. It provides a structured environment where early-career teachers can:

• Access targeted professional development based on their current career stage.
• Find practical solutions to everyday classroom challenges.
• Engage with a network of peers and mentors to resolve professional doubts.
• Receive customized guidance to ensure sustainable growth and well-being in the educational sector.

By focusing on the specific needs of the educator, the centre ensures that participants receive the right level of intervention exactly when they need it most, fostering both personal confidence and pedagogical excellence.
