About Architectural Technologies

For Architectural Technologies, tuition is Year 1 - $11,220, Year 2 - $12,460, Year 3 - $5,420 for the 2026-27 academic year..

This programme prepares students for careers as architectural technologists and related roles in building design and construction. Students learn to create construction documents, apply building codes, and manage design projects. The curriculum includes hands-on studio work, lectures, and co-operative education terms. Graduates work in residential, commercial, and institutional construction environments.

Focus areas include Building Sciences, Interior Design.

Three years, full time, 5 academic semesters and 3 co-operative education work terms, with 120 credits total.

Graduates work as architectural technologists, construction estimators, draftspersons, or project managers in the building industry.

Grade 12 with minimum 70% in Pre-Calculus 30 or a combined average of 70% in Math A30, B30, and C30. English language requirement: ACCUPLACER© scores of 250 Arithmetic, 245 Advanced Algebra and Functions, 258 Quantitative Reasoning, Algebra, and Statistics, 256 Reading, and 250 Writing.

On-campus, full-time, three years.
