SWPS University's School of Form offers this bachelor's program in Art and Design, delivered in English over eight semesters, or four years. Yearly tuition is 7250 EUR. The program combines practical design skills, developed through studio workshops, with theoretical grounding drawn from the social sciences and humanities. Its stated aim is to shape designers who think creatively, act as imaginative pragmatists, and take a responsible approach to design, working from the outset toward new solutions intended to improve the world around them. Throughout the degree, students carry out individual and team projects grounded in design knowledge and craftsmanship, at times working alongside the university's social and business partners. Students have access to professional equipment, tools, and machines in the studios and workshops used for coursework. Admission includes an entrance exam in the form of an English-language interview based on a portfolio the applicant prepares in advance. As a field, art and design study covers areas such as product design, industrial design, visual communication, and material studies, preparing graduates for work as product designers, design researchers, or creative consultants across manufacturing, branding, and consumer-goods industries. The program's location gives students access to Poland's design and creative sector, alongside opportunities to build a professional network among peers and instructors working across contemporary design practice. Applicants are encouraged to review the detailed portfolio guidance published by the School of Form before preparing their submission, since the quality and relevance of the portfolio plays a central role in the admission decision alongside the interview itself.
