Bridging the gap between software intelligence and physical autonomy, this programme explores how machines can be designed to sense, reason, and act within complex environments. It is crafted for aspiring engineers who want to master the interplay between artificial intelligence, robotics, and the hardware that connects them to the real world.

Students develop a deep technical foundation by working directly with sensors, actuators, control systems, and the Internet of Things (IoT). The curriculum is rooted in a hands-on philosophy, utilizing dedicated laboratories and immersive environments where theory is translated into functional prototypes. Whether you are interested in industrial automation, autonomous vehicles, or cybernetic solutions, the course provides the necessary expertise in programming, embedded systems, and network engineering.

Distinctive Hands-on Approach

What sets this degree apart is its focus on industry-relevant skills. You will work with platforms like ROS (Robot Operating System) and hardware such as TurtleBots, ensuring you are ready for professional roles in sectors like healthcare, manufacturing, and technology. Furthermore, the programme is accredited by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), meaning your studies contribute toward future registration as a Chartered Engineer.
