Bachelor in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, BSc (Hons)

Tuition fees are 18,750 GBP per year.

Each week you will move between lectures, hands-on labs and group projects, developing practical skills in programming, machine learning, data visualisation and systems analysis. Core modules such as The Computing Challenge, Maths and Statistics for AI and Data Science and Programming give you a solid technical base, while later year modules like Deep Learning, Data Visualisation and an Honours Degree Project let you apply these techniques to real-world problems. An industry placement in the final year adds workplace experience and strengthens your employability.

Graduates go on to work as machine learning engineers, data analysts or business intelligence professionals in a range of sectors, or continue to postgraduate study in AI-related fields. The programme tackles how intelligent systems can extract insight from large data sets, address ethical considerations in data use, and develop algorithms that support decision-making. By integrating theory with applied projects, the course prepares you for the challenges of the rapidly expanding AI and data science landscape.
