Program coursework includes principles of emergency services, fire prevention, strategies/tactics, rescue practices, fire behavior/combustion, hydraulics and water supply, hazardous materials, fire protection systems, and fire administration. You will also complete coursework that leads to IFSAC/Proboard Firefighter certification and certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).
