Master in Automatic control and robotics

Wrocław University of Science and Technology offers this master's program, categorized under Automatic Control and Robotics, covering the field of Mechanical Engineering and Machine Building with a specialization in Automotive Engineering. The first semester covers applied mathematics for operational methods in automotive engineering, testing of vehicle elements and assemblies, energy-efficiency design of powertrains and vehicle bodies, modelling of multi-body systems, the machinery design process, analytical mechanics, surface engineering, design of engineering materials, machine and device control systems, strength of materials, and English language study at B2+ or C1+ level. The second semester includes CAD and FEM projects covering metals and fluid flows, developing engine technology, alternative drive systems, electronics in cars, chemistry and green fuels, management for engineers, non-destructive evaluation in manufacturing systems, a foreign language other than English at A1 or A2 level, and the first part of the master's thesis. The third semester continues with further thesis work. Automotive engineering graduates commonly move into roles across vehicle design, testing, and manufacturing engineering.
