The second semester includes CAD and FEM projects covering metals and fluid flows, developing engine technology, alternative drive systems, electronics in cars, chemistry and green fuels, management for engineers, non-destructive evaluation in manufacturing systems, a foreign language other than English at A1 or A2 level, and the first part of the master's thesis. The third semester continues with further thesis work. Automotive engineering graduates commonly move into roles across vehicle design, testing, and manufacturing engineering.
