If you have already studied dance at A-level, a BTEC National Diploma or equivalent and wish to become a versatile contemporary performer, this three-year BA (Hons) Dance Performance will build on your existing technique and creative practice. The programme expects a solid level of physical fitness and a commitment to daily studio work, and welcomes students who are eager to deepen their knowledge of styles such as Cunningham, Limon, release and ballet while exploring somatic and cultural approaches.

Each week you will attend intensive daily technique classes, specialised performance-technique sessions and weekly choreography workshops that develop composition and improvisation skills. In the third year you join the 3Fall Dance Company, collaborating with professional choreographers to create and tour a full evening performance, while also undertaking a work-placement and a personal-development module that supports career planning.
