The two-year Baking and Pastry Arts Management Ontario College Diploma prepares graduates for careers in the baking and pastry arts industry. Students develop foundational baking skills in the first year and advanced patisserie and management skills in the second year. Hands-on training occurs in industry-standard labs under professional chef supervision. Real-world experience is gained through 120 hours of field placement and participation in community events and competitions.

Two years, 60 credits, includes 120 hours of field placement.

Graduates may work as bakers, pastry chefs, chocolatiers, bakery managers, or business owners.

Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent; English, Grade 12 (ENG4C or equivalent); IELTS overall 6.0 with no band below 5.5; TOEFL iBT overall 80 with at least 20 in each section; or Duolingo overall 110 with no score below 95.

On-campus, full-time, two years.
