It lasts several weeks and is taught in English. The program is available to students who have completed high school.

Students in this program learn about managing behaviour and supporting mental health challenges. They study strategies and interventions, and become familiar with available resources and supports. The program helps students develop a continuum of strategies to respond to escalating behaviours.

After completing this program, students can work as Educational Assistants, Mental Health Workers, Youth Workers, or Behavioural Therapists.
