Bricklayer

You will spend each week on the construction site and in the workshop, learning to lay bricks, mix and apply mortar, read and interpret building plans, and operate hand and power tools under the guidance of experienced tradespeople. Practical lab sessions reinforce safety practices, quality control and teamwork, building the physical stamina and precision required for residential and commercial brickwork.

On completion, graduates are prepared for entry-level bricklayer positions with residential builders, commercial contractors, or union-affiliated firms. Many move on to further apprenticeship training, specialised trade roles or additional study in construction management.

The program runs over 18 weeks.
