Bachelor in BSc Culinary Design Management

A three-year Bachelor of Science offered jointly with Universite Paris Dauphine-PSL, pairing Le Cordon Bleu's culinary training with management and design. Graduates work in food service design, product design and gastronomy businesses rather than only in kitchens.

The degree covers critical thinking applied to the design and management of food services, adapting practice to changing trends and regulation, and entrepreneurial problem solving.

Taught entirely in English, unlike the school's diplomas. Applicants must be 18 or over with a high school leaving certificate averaging 70% or better.
