This programme is designed for aspiring coaches who wish to move beyond intuition, grounding their practice in the latest evidence-based research while developing the critical thinking skills necessary to excel in high-performance environments.

The curriculum bridges the gap between complex human performance theory and the realities of the training ground. Students explore the physiological, psychological, and sociological dimensions of athlete development, gaining the tools to design training programmes that are not only effective but also inclusive and sustainable.
