Building Service Worker

This programme is designed for new professionals and current cleaning and maintenance staff. It provides hands-on training in sanitation and cleaning techniques for facility workers. Students learn to inspect, clean, and disinfect buildings using industry standards. The programme covers infection prevention and control practices.

42 hours over six days; 30 hours classroom, 12 hours guided cleaning practice; in person.

Graduates prepare for roles such as custodian, janitor, cleaner, caretaker, or entry level maintenance in healthcare, community, hotels, recreation, food service, and other gathering settings.

Open to anyone regardless of experience and education.

In person, part-time, 6 days.
