Students complete bookkeeping tasks, prepare financial statements, and file personal income tax returns. They use accounting software to gain hands-on experience in real-world scenarios. Courses include financial and management accounting, payroll compliance, and business finance. Students apply their skills through a work placement in the final semester.

Two years, 60 credits, includes a work placement option in the final semester.

Graduates typically work as accounts payable clerks, accounts receivable clerks, bookkeepers, payroll clerks, or junior accountants.

Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent; English Grade 12 (ENG4C or equivalent); Mathematics Grade 12 (MAP4C or equivalent); IELTS overall 6.0 with no band below 5.5; TOEFL iBT overall 80 with at least 20 in each section; or Duolingo overall 110 with no score below 95.

On-campus, full-time, September or January start.
