This three-year on-campus diploma programme is delivered full-time with intakes in September and January. Students complete six semesters of coursework and a 260-hour work placement in their final semester. The programme focuses on human resources and general management practices in Canadian organizations. Graduates gain practical experience in recruitment, training, labour relations, payroll, health and safety, and benefits.
