CanSat Satellite Design

The CanSat Satellite Design course at Technische Universität Berlin introduces participants to satellite technology through the design, construction, and field testing of a CanSat — a small satellite built to the dimensions of a commercial beverage can. The course covers foundational topics in space technologies and trains practical skills for CanSat development. Teaching combines theoretical units with hands-on practical exercises. The course includes an excursion to a Berlin site hosting space-related companies and institutions, where participants observe facilities used for satellite development.
