Ceramics

The Ceramics program at Bedford College is a 2-year non-degree course for students who enjoy hands-on creative work and want to explore various techniques in ceramics. This program is ideal for students who thrive in practical environments and seek to enhance their artistic abilities.

The curriculum includes hands-on projects such as pinch pots, coiling, and soft slab building, as well as glazing and surface decoration. Students will also have the opportunity to create their own ceramic project, allowing them to apply the techniques learned and develop their artistic skills.
