The programme runs over three full-time years. In the first two years you follow the common chemistry core, covering organic, inorganic and physical chemistry together with laboratory practice. In the final year the focus shifts to digital methods and computational modelling, including modules on programming, data analysis, machine-learning techniques and a substantial individual research project.

Graduates leave with a solid chemistry foundation and the ability to apply computational tools, preparing them for roles such as data-driven chemist in pharmaceuticals, energy, materials or environmental sectors, or for further study such as an MChem or a PhD.
