This programme is for current childcare workers, managers, and educators who want to improve their leadership skills. It supports those already working in childcare settings who aim to take on management roles. The program also serves individuals running family-based childcare services who wish to strengthen their professional abilities.

You study human resources, financial management, and coordination of childcare services. The curriculum includes online courses and a 150-hour in-person placement in your local area. You learn how to manage staff, budgets, health, safety, and communication with families and partners. All courses are delivered online, with practical experience gained through a supervised work placement.

Admission requires completing an application questionnaire and possibly an interview. Applicants must have strong French language skills and relevant experience. The programme offers flexible pacing and allows credit for prior learning if you have at least two years of related work.
