Non-credit Certificate

At Keyano College, tuition fees are 2,500 CAD for the whole program.

This program is for people aged 18 and older with no previous trades or CNC experience. It is for those considering a career in manufacturing or adding technical skills to their background. The course prepares individuals to start work quickly in advanced manufacturing settings. International applicants are not accepted.

Participants learn to run CNC cutting machines, read blueprints, use CAD/CAM software, and apply basic welding methods. The program consists of five micro-credential courses taught in an actual workshop. Students use digital files to control machines that cut metal and wood with high accuracy.

There is no formal application process. Each participant must bring their own CSA-approved safety gear: steel-toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, and a reflective vest. Finishing the program can lead to entry-level jobs in manufacturing or provide a base for apprenticeships such as Welding.
