Computer Automated Systems Technician

Tuition is Year 2 - $6,750 for the 2026-27 academic year., and the application deadline for the Sep 2027 intake is Aug 31, 2027.

Students build and manage automated systems using industry-standard software and equipment in hands-on labs. They work on projects involving computer hardware, programming, networks, and security. Courses include 3D modeling, 3D printing, and API integration. Graduates gain experience from concept to deployment of custom automation solutions.

Two years, full-time, on-campus; includes hands-on labs and practical projects; no co-op or practicum stated.

Graduates work as help desk technicians, computer repair technicians, CNC programmers, and in network support and automation installation.

Grade 12 with Workplace and Apprenticeship Math 30, Foundations of Math 20, or Pre-Calculus 20, or completion of CAST or TNT certificate. English language requirement. Alternative admission via ACCUPLACER© with minimum scores: Arithmetic 250, Quantitative Reasoning 247, Reading 250, Writing 245.
