This program provides conceptual knowledge, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise in software development. Students engage in hands-on learning, culminating in developing a complete software system for a real client, which includes requirements writing, design, coding, testing, delivery, and training. The curriculum covers application development, user experience, project management, and web design.

Franklin College has provided liberal arts education since 1834 and became Indiana’s first coeducational college in 1842.
