This programme offers hands-on training in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Each course runs for 14 hours and focuses on practical skills used in office environments. Students learn to create spreadsheets, manage emails and calendars, and format documents. The training is delivered in person and designed for immediate application in the workplace.

In the Introductory Excel course, students build spreadsheets using basic formulas and functions. They learn to format data and produce professional reports. The Intermediate Excel course covers advanced formulas, data tables, charts, and workbook enhancements. The Word course teaches document creation, formatting, and sharing. The Outlook course focuses on email management, calendar use, task tracking, and contact organization.

The programme has no formal admission process. Students must be 18 years or older and attend at least 80% of each course to pass. No prior experience is required. Courses are offered in-person with flexible scheduling. Completion does not lead to academic credit but provides job-ready skills.
