Construction Engineering Technician – Civil

Students perform technical tasks on construction projects using plans, surveys, and construction materials. They conduct quality control tests and use software like AutoCAD and Microsoft Project. They work on real construction sites under health and safety standards. They apply math, science, and engineering principles to manage construction activities.

4 semesters, on campus, no co-op or practicum stated.

Graduates enter careers in the civil construction industry, working on government, industrial, municipal, commercial, and institutional projects.

Ontario Secondary School Diploma, ACE certificate, or equivalent. One French credit and one mathematics credit required. English language proficiency test needed if OSSD not obtained.

On-campus, full-time, 4 semesters.
