Students attend a bespoke residential workshop on leadership and team-building in the heart of the Lake District National Park, delivered by a management development company that operates internationally. Designed for graduates with at least a 2:2 degree in construction, civil or related engineering disciplines, the course develops advanced skills in project planning, risk and value management, sustainability and health-and-safety.
