Construction projects involve legal, financial, technical and organisational challenges. This programme explores the legal liabilities of construction, corporate management, investment appraisal, procurement, planning, contracts, dispute resolution, international market dynamics, lean principles and digital technologies. Students engage with real-world case studies and develop the ability to assess risk, advise on contract terms and apply modern project management tools.

Graduates move into roles such as project manager, contract administrator, procurement officer, health-and-safety advisor or digital construction specialist within construction firms, consultancy practices and property developers. The course runs over two semesters of compulsory modules followed by a year-long digital construction technology project that integrates the skills learned.
