Graduates are qualified to work as court services assistants in provincial courts, the court of King's Bench, prosecutors' offices, and related justice sector roles. The program develops skills in court procedures, legal systems, communication, and conflict resolution. Students learn about criminal, civil, and family law along with record keeping and computer applications. Practical experience is gained through a two-week in-person work placement.

16 weeks, includes a two-week work experience, offered online with in-person components.

Graduates enter roles such as court services assistant, court administrator, or support staff in justice-related organizations.

Grade 12 required. English language requirement must be met. Applicants must provide a Criminal Record Check before work experience. Those with unsealed criminal records may be denied placement.
