Tuition is Year 1 - $10,060; Year 2 - $9,010.

This programme prepares students for careers as chefs, cooks, and kitchen managers. Students gain hands-on training in commercial kitchens across multiple culinary disciplines. The curriculum covers baking, food production, fine dining, and kitchen management. Graduates are qualified to work in restaurants, hotels, catering, and institutional settings.

Focus areas include baking and pastry, catering and special event cooking, contemporary cuisine and modern food trends, field to fork experience, fine dining, meat cutting and cooking.

Four semesters; full-time on-campus; no co-op or practicum stated.

Graduates work as first cooks, sous chefs, pastry chefs, chef de partie, banquet chefs, garde manger, junior chefs, or kitchen supervisors.

Grade 12; must be 18 years old by program start date; English language requirement; alternative admission available via ACCUPLACER© with minimum scores of 250 Arithmetic and 237 Reading.
