The Culinary Management programme at Collège Boréal prepares chefs and culinary managers for the restaurant industry. It focuses on professional cooking skills, team management, and running culinary businesses. Students gain hands-on experience in the public restaurant school Au pied du rocher. The programme aligns with Canadian hygiene and safety standards in food service.

Two years of full-time on-campus study with a four-week unpaid internship and a cooperative work term. Includes practical training in a public restaurant setting.

Graduates are prepared for supervisory and management roles in kitchens.

Completion of a Culinary Arts Certificate (2 steps) or equivalent. OR Ontario Secondary School Diploma, ACE certificate, or equivalent. One credit in French: FIF3U, FRA3C, FRA3U, FIF4U, FRA4C, FRA4U, or equivalent.

On-campus, full-time, two years.
