    About Culinary Management

    For Culinary Management, tuition is Year one international: $15,617 (CAD).

    This programme prepares students for careers as chefs, kitchen managers, and culinary entrepreneurs. It combines hands-on cooking skills with business management training in commercial kitchens. Students gain practical experience through lab work and field placements. The curriculum focuses on food preparation, safety, cost control, and sustainable practices.

    Two-year programme with 60 credits; includes a first-year field placement; 50% of learning time spent in kitchen labs.

    Graduates enter roles such as chef, kitchen manager, pastry chef, or culinary entrepreneur in restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and other food service environments.

    Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or Mature Student Status; Grade 12 English (C or U); international applicants must meet English language requirements not specified on page.
