In an era defined by the exponential growth of information, the true value of data lies not in its volume, but in the capacity to extract actionable intelligence. This BSc Data Science & Artificial Intelligence programme addresses the fundamental challenge of modern industry: how to transform raw, complex datasets into ethical, foresight-driven decisions. By bridging the gap between sophisticated technical analysis and real-world strategic application, the course prepares students to navigate the intersection of machine learning, statistical modelling, and emerging AI technologies.

Students are immersed in a professional-style environment, working with industry-standard tools such as Python, SQL, R, and MATLAB to uncover patterns and predict trends. Beyond mere technical proficiency, the curriculum places a heavy emphasis on the human and ethical dimensions of technology, ensuring graduates can communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders responsibly. Whether investigating the societal impacts of generative AI or engineering database solutions for business applications, you will develop the critical judgement necessary to lead in a data-centric economy.

Integrated AI for a Digital Future

Unlike traditional programmes where AI is peripheral, this degree treats it as a core competency. From day one, you will explore how Large Language Models and automated assistants are reshaping business operations, while simultaneously mastering the governance and legal frameworks required for sustainable innovation.
