Design, Surveying and Planning for Construction

This program is designed for students aiming for a career in construction, focusing on surveying and design, civil engineering, and building services. It is a full-time course lasting two years, starting in September 2026. Ideal candidates are those who are passionate about the construction industry and eager to gain hands-on experience through industry placements.

The curriculum covers essential topics such as health and safety, design principles, and project management. Students will engage in real-life problem-solving through employer-set projects and will complete at least 45 days of industry placement. This practical experience is invaluable, allowing students to apply their knowledge in a real-world context while developing technical skills.

Graduates can pursue various roles, including Civil Engineering Technician, Technical Surveyor, and Project Manager. The skills acquired are highly transferable, opening doors in the construction and engineering sectors. T Levels are recognized by universities and can lead to further education or apprenticeships, providing a solid foundation for a successful career.
