The Developmental Services Worker program is a two-year, hybrid, in-person diploma program at the Sutherland Campus. It prepares students to support individuals with intellectual, physical, and learning disabilities. Students learn through hands-on labs, simulations, and community-based projects. The program includes over 685 hours of field placements starting in semester three.

Focus areas include Indigenous Perspectives Designation.
