Digitalisering åpner nye muligheter til å bygge sterke kunderelasjoner, og digitale kommunikasjonskanaler som websider, sosiale medier og mobilapper kan være svært effektive for å nå store kundemasser. I tillegg får du innsigt i grunnleggende juridiske- og etiske aspekter knyttet til digital markedsføring og kommunikasjon.
